The Board of Directors meet on the second Thursday of the month at 12:00 noon in the City of Mesquite Community Services Building, Conference Room, located at 1616 N. Galloway, Mesquite, Texas 75149.

Meetings are open to the public, but the privilege of making motions and voting shall be limited to the members of the Board.
